Planning Board’s 2009 Resolution re: Wilzig
In response to requests about the allowed use of the now-legal racetrack on Alan and Karen Wilzig’s property on Post Hill Road, here is a link to the Taghkanic Planning Board’s 2009 Resolution approving the site plan for the so-called “Recreational Sporting Course.” The document includes stipulations and conditions regarding its operation:

New York Property Tax Tracker now in Beta
We have recently discovered this very useful database, courtesy of the Albany Times-Union:
The New York Property Tax Tracker (this site will open in a new tab/window)
The database is searchable by town and street address, although some properties don’t come with a street number. For those that do, it’s helpful to start your search knowing the standardized USPS mailing address when searching ... you can verify those at this USPS web page (type in a known street address, hit “submit,” and it will show you the correct, standardized address).
