Two Local Laws AdoptedFrom the April 7 Regular Meeting of the Town Council (TC)The first law amended town land use regulations to provide for “lot line adjustments,” allowing for more streamlined processing. It also clarified the definitions of minor and major subdivisions and created a 10-year “look back” period for counting the number of lots created from a parent parcel of land. The second law established an attendance policy for PB and ZBA members. The TC also adopted by resolution a training policy for members of those boards.
